Do you offer therapy and psychiatry?

Yes. We provide talk therapy (psychotherapy) and psychiatric care, including medication management when appropriate.

Who can benefit from talk therapy?

Children, teens, and adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, school/work challenges, or life transitions may benefit from therapy.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes. In-person and virtual visits are available in Texas. Virtual services are also offered in New Mexico, New York, and Washington.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and most major insurance plans.

Do I need a referral?

What happens during the first visit?

You will receive a comprehensive assessment of your mental health, lifestyle, and goals to create a personalized treatment plan. For minors, this includes appropriate involvement of a caregiver.

Can I bring family members?

Yes. With your consent, family members or caregivers can participate in care when appropriate.

Can I stop or change treatment anytime?

Yes. However, we encourage you to discuss any changes with your provider first so we can help you do so safely, review potential risks, and explore alternative options. If you choose to discontinue treatment, we may provide referrals or recommendations to support continuity of care.
